Day 1: Following the Unseen Path When Sight Fails
Two blind men stumbled toward Jesus, guided by cries and whispers. Their darkness became a canvas for faith as they pursued the Son of David without physical sight. They refused to let their limitations define their access to Christ, trusting that proximity to Him mattered more than clarity. Their grit reveals faith as movement toward Jesus even when the road seems obscured by doubt, pain, or societal noise. What they lacked in vision, they compensated with relentless pursuit.
And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us. And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. (Matthew 9:27-28, KJV)
Reflection: Where is God asking you to keep moving toward Him even when you can’t see the outcome? What “noise” do you need to ignore to hear His direction more clearly?
